You may configure your email client using the following settings to connect to your email account at RLM Web Services. POP / IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com User:

Password: Your Password Important: You must check the box that says: 'my outgoing server requires authentication.' If you are having trouble sending email, try using port 1025 for SMTP instead of 25. Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are now blocking access to port 25 for outgoing SMTP.
We have found that many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are now blocking outgoing SMTP connections from their customers on port 25 in an attempt to cut down on the number of computers being hijacked and used to relay Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) / SPAM. While this type of blocking can cut down on UCE / SPAM, it can also cause problems when trying to connect to your Rochen account using SMTP to send email from a client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. Luckily, we have a workaround in place. Simply change your outgoing SMTP port from 25 to 1025 in your email client’s settings. Our servers are configured to accept SMTP connections on both ports 25 and 1025. Different email clients will throw up different error messages as a result of this type of blocking. One of the common error codes generated by Microsoft email clients as a result of this type of blocking is: 0x800CCC0E and this will be displayed to you somthing like -"The connection to the server has failed. Account: '<account name>', Server: '<SMTP server name>', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure (SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0"
