Also known as a Brand Strategic Initiatives Plan, is a high level 3-5 year collaborative plan between the CEO, CFO and the executive team. The LRP is a set of brand strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth targets.
Forecast - Long Range Plan
Input - Strategy & Planning
Strategy and Planning agreed criteria, i.e. sales channel mix, gross profit margin, seasonal- divisional-category mix, is uploaded into a dashboard where high level information is extrapolated to support long range planning and populate the Master Assortment Plan.

Populate - Master Asst Plan
Drive - Product & Sales
The Master Assortment plan derives data from the Strategy and Planning dashboard. It informs total forecast units, cost of goods, total wholesale dollars and suggested retail price by channel-division-season mix used to drive Product and Sales Plans.
Product Plan

The Product Plan is driven from the Master Assortment Plan and offers product guidance. It provides style-sku count, target wholesale, suggested retail price, target margins and unit forecast to inform Design on collection assortment and Development on sourcing strategy.
Sales Plan
The Sales Plan is driven from the Master Assortment Plan and offers sales guidance. It provides channel-seasonal mix allocation, channel revenue dollars, unit revenue dollars and product category revenue dollars to inform Sales on regional-channel assortment and Sales Force on account strategy.
